The Erie Stamping and Manufacturing Company was chartered in 1904 in Erie Pennsylvania. The company was successful, expanding their plant and purchasing a neighboring brass foundry. The main products were grease and oil cups. The last ad found for the stamped steel pipe wrench was in 1925.
